On-Premise
For larger organizations serving more than 1.000 copiers, MFPs and printers we recommend PAT On-premise hosted, installed and maintained on your own infrastructure. This is not a must, we can host several thousand machines on PAT Cloud for you.
PAT ON-premise maintains all your data in the house and it depends on your server infrastructure, internet connection and its bandwidth as well as on your personnel.
PAT On-premise is also included in our regular updates that will be available for you to download on our web site as an installer providing you an easy over-the-top upgrade.
For PAT On-premise support and maintenance fee is mandatory depending on a period you want to have support and maintenance. It will provide you rights to make updates as well as to get a support from us in case you need it. Maintenance can be purchased for a period from 1 to 3 years, and renewed afterwards.
NOTE: At initial license purchase a minimum of 1 year maintenance and support is mandatory.
